This is the most beautiful painting! I feel lucky and blessed that I came across it! My husband and I honeymooned in Mo’orea and we had taken many pictures in front of this church. To find that Greg Collins painted it was such a joy! We will treasure it forever!

I was super-pleased with my photo print purchase! Like many people, I’m sure, when making online purchases there’s always just a little voice of skepticism in the back of my mind. I knew I liked the image, but had to roll the dice that it would look good in person, the frame would be adequate, etc. I must say it exceeded even my hopeful expectations! First of all, the packing was stellar. The photo print did look great in person, and the framing was WAY better than I was expecting! It was ready to go with a sturdy hanging wire already in place. Unfortunately it was a gift, so I don’t have a photo of it on my wall! I did, however, open and inspect it before wrapping it and re-shipping (in the same stellar packing!). I would easily recommend FineArtAmerica and will happily shop with them again in the future…worry free!

About Sally Appleby
Sally Appleby (married name Gilbert) was born in the Mediterranean island of Cyprus in 1960, travelling frequently in her childhood and as a student. Sally studied art in Cheshire and at Winchester College of art in England, always fascinated by the different cultures of the world, including that of American natives. Before moving to France, Sally worked for a while as an Egyptian architectural illustrator, further influencing her artistic work In 1990, Sally, her husband, equally an artist and their daughter then aged 4, set up home in an old Normandy farmhouse, where Sally continued producing artworks, exhibiting frequently in the “Seine Maritime” including Rouen, accompanied or not by the works of her husband Paul Gilbert.
